Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the specification requirements, complete BLOCK-level layout, clock tree design and timing closure, floorplan, place, CTS, route;
2. According to the timing requirements, complete the static timing analysis STA at the BLOCK level;
3. Complete the physical verification of BLOCK level, LVS/DRC inspection.
4. Use synthesis and DFT EDA tools to complete BLOCK synthesis and DFT design
job requirements:
1. Possess the basic knowledge of integrated circuit design, digital circuit foundation, and technology;
2. Have basic programming knowledge and data structure knowledge;
3. Experience in actual use of automatic placement and routing EDA tools, and experience in module-level placement and routing and timing closure is preferred.
4. Familiar with Linux operating system, familiar with languages such as Vi/c-shell/Python/tcl is preferred.
